Business Model
Our business model is “Platform As A Service”
In this model, we develop eCommerce platforms and make them available for use by retailers. The retailers pay a commission of their revenue through the platform for using the same. The billing from our side happens after the retailers have used the platform for a certain period (week or month).
Cancellation
If the retailers intend to stop using the platform, they need to inform us (contact@eltiera.com) a week in advance. They are supposed to copy/download their product images and reports within a week. Their access to the platform will be disabled after that.
Refund
Since the retailers pay only after using the platform. There is NO refund.
